Apple Eau de Vie infused with handpicked Morello cherries resulting in a decadent and fragrant cherry flavour with complex notes of almond. Perfect to elevate cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, or Negroni. It is also majestic in or alongside desserts such as vanilla ice cream, chocolate mousse or Black Forest gâteau.

A Somerset take on the classic Negroni cocktail. Made from fruit, herbs and botanicals grown on our Somerset farm. Apple eau de vie, plum liqueur and our Burrow Hill Botanical come together to create a rich, bittersweet drink with plenty of plum character and a long herbal finish.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy over ice with a slice of orange, or lengthen with tonic or soda water for a lighter serve.
