A ready to drink cocktail, made with Somerset 5 year old Cider Brandy, Somerset Morello Cherry Liqueur, Somerset Pomona, and Rosemary syrup.

Ready to drink. Simply serve over ice and add a sprig of rosemary.
Whole Somerset grown morello cherries infused with Apple Eau de Vie (50cl, 16.8% abv). Similar to Griottines.
Rich and fragrant with a hint of almonds. Put one in a glass or Champagne or sparkling wine to make the perfect cocktail. Or make add to ice cream for a magnificent dessert.
