Made on our farm in Somerset from our full-bodied natural oak aged cider vinegar, freeze distilled bittersweet apple juice and lots of fresh pressed raspberries.
The vinegar gives a sharpness reminiscent of a spirit whilst the raspberries offer a beautiful full bodied fruitiness.
