Somerset 3 Year Old has a nose of apple which leads onto a floral, spicy palate.

Traditionally, apple brandy would be drunk alone after dinner at just above room temperature, although in France there is a move towards drinking young Normandy cider brandy (Calvados) over ice or with tonic.
