Traditionally, apple brandy would be drunk alone after dinner at just above room temperature, although in France there is a move towards drinking young Normandy cider brandy (Calvados) over ice or with tonic.

40ml Somerset Cider Brandy 3 Year Old, 10ml Somerset Morello Cherry Liqueur, 2 dashes of orange bitters, 2 dashes of chocolate bitters
The Savoy’s Apple Jack Rabbit
Combine 45ml Somerset Cider Brandy with 20ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 15ml maple syrup. Serve over ice.
