A 10 year old Somerset cider brandy, made entirely with apples grown and harvested in our traditional orchards. Such a lengthy maturation gives it complexity, with a Christmas pudding richness, full of subtle bouquets and aromas.

One the nose it’s bold, full of apples, vanilla and spice.
It tastes fruity with walnut, coffee and oak notes and prunes, vanilla and spice and sherry wood. It feels smooth and full with a gentle astringency.

This makes a delicious alternative digestif to a vintage French Cognac, Armagnac or Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
