Apple Brandy Old Fashioned

60ml Somerset Cider Brandy
2 dashes of bitters
1 spoon of sugar
Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar in the bitters and water
Pour the Somerset Cider Brandy, fill with ice and stir
Serve in an old fashioned glass and garnish with an orange zest (optional)
