50ml Somerset Cider Brandy
25cl of lemon juice
10cl of sugar cane syrup
80cl  sparkling water
In a long drink glass filled with ice, add the Somerset Cider Brandy with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Complete with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice. A refreshing cocktail ideal for summer.
