Our Elderflower Liqueur is made using freshly picked elderflowers that are harvested in the late spring when the flavour and aroma of the flowers are at their peak.

The elderflowers are then macerated in pure apple spirit from the same orchards and sweetened with a touch of sugar.

Delicate and refreshing with floral notes; a versatile addition to your drinks cabinet.

Apple Eau De Vie, freshly picked elderflowers, sugar, lemon.
