Tall glass
50 ml Somerset Cider Brandy 3 year old
10 ml Morello Cherry Liqueur
2 slices fresh ginger
½ stem of lemongrass
3 drops fresh lime juice
In a shaker, put the Somerset Cider Brandy with fresh ginger and lemongrass and muddle all. Add the Morello Cherry Liqueur, fresh apple juice and a few drops of lime juice. Shake, strain and pour.

2 Morello cherries in Somerset Eau De Vie
250ml Sparkling Wine
A cherry with a teaspoon or two of the cherry liqueur in the bottom of 2 champagne glasses, preferably saucers. Top up with 125ml of sparkling wine or Champagne.

40ml Somerset Pomona
15ml Rosemary Syrup
White Orchard

Stirred and served up
Lara’s Sour
35ml Somerset Cider Brandy
15ml Somerset Pomona
Juice of half a Lemon
Topped with Bramley Apple Juice
Splash of Morello Cherry Liqueur
