Le Bandista

Tall glass
50 ml Somerset Cider Brandy 3 year old
10 ml Morello Cherry Liqueur
2 slices fresh ginger
½ stem of lemongrass
3 drops fresh lime juice
In a shaker, put the Somerset Cider Brandy with fresh ginger and lemongrass and muddle all. Add the Morello Cherry Liqueur, fresh apple juice and a few drops of lime juice. Shake, strain and pour.
