A colourful and sweet-yet-tart drink

Into a chilled Collins glass add one after the other
3–4 dashes of fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Blackcurrant Liqueur
50ml Somerset Cider Brandy
75ml Orange Juice
Stir VERY gently — you want the colours to remain distinct — and serve
