Cider Brandy and fresh Kingston Black juice, aged in barrels for 6 years. A sophisticated apple flavour with honeysuckle and a hint of almond. This has been a proven performer in premium retail and delis as the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board.

A delightful elderflower liqueur made on sunny mornings by infusing thousands of fresh flowers into our delicate apple eau de vie made from the same orchards. Try as a spritz with soda or sparkling wine.

Whole Somerset grown morello cherries infused with Apple Eau de Vie, like griottines (13cl, 16.8% abv).

Rich and fragrant with a hint of almonds. Put one in a glass or Champagne or sparkling wine to make the perfect cocktail. Or make add to ice cream for a magnificent dessert.
