Our 250-acre farm has been making cider for over 300 years and Somerset Cider Brandy since the 1980’s.

At Burrow Hill, our drinks are made from fruit grown organically in our ancient traditional orchards. We take pride in every step of the process—growing, pressing, fermenting, distilling, maturing, and bottling. In addition to cider and apple brandy, we produce Eau De Vie, Somerset Pomona, Kingston Black Aperitif, Perry, and a variety of fruit spirits.

A year on the farm

In 2011, we were proud to become the first spirit in the UK to receive Protected Geographical Indication status, recognizing our heritage and production methods. We believe Somerset Cider Brandy is the UK's most sustainable spirit, and our mission is to preserve and enhance the farm's unique and biodiverse environment. Read more
