This liqueur is made with elderflowers harvested on a sunny morning on our Somerset farm. The elderflowers are macerated in pure apple spirit from the same orchards and sweetened with a touch of sugar. Fresh, fruity and floral with citrus and tropical notes. Perfect in cocktails.
