Quinces are aromatic bright golden-yellow pome fruit, similar in appearance to pears.They have a delicate citrus flavour with a heady floral perfume and notes of apples and pears. This liqueur is made from quinces grown on our farm and infused with our pure apple spirit and a dash of sugar. It creates this beautiful crisp liqueur with a wonderful astringency.
