Fill with top quality lemonade and a handful of ice
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint a slice of lemon

10ml Manzanilla Sherry
20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Somerset Pomona
1.25ml Sugar Syrup
Somerset Mojito
Apple Eau de Vie
Fresh mint finely chopped
Crushed ice
Fresh lime juice
Cane sugar
Slice of lime
Apple juice
Apple and Blackcurrant Mojito, as above with a dash of our Blackcurrant Liqueur

50cl 5 Year Old Brandy
50cl Bramley apple juice
The juice of half a lemon
Garnish with lemon rind peel
