Somerset Leveller

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1 teaspoon crème de mûre and 60ml Somerset cider brandy and stir until very cold. Strain into a stemmed glass. Strip the leaves off a sprig of rosemary, leaving a nice tuft at the top, and impale a small cube of green apple upon it. Place this in the drink. Add a dash of lemon bitters. Serve.
