“ My perfect selection would be Ice Cider and 5 year old Somerset Cider Brandy for making the perfect pre dinner Ginger Donkey cocktail. Or alternatively the Ice Cider on it’s own as an aperitif. A Stoke Red bottle fermented as the perfect accompaniment for a meal and then my personal favourite is the Somerset Pomona. The Pomona which goes hand in hand with a Somerset Cheese board and Tracklements apple and Somerset Cider Brandy chutney. To top it all off is a glass of Shipwreck Somerset Cider Brandy in front of the fire.”
