Somerset Cider Brandy aged in Somerset Oak

In May 2020, our new still Isabelle will be fired using apple wood from our orchards, her spirit will then be put into one Somerset oak barrel to mature. After 5 years in oak we will bottle one barrel. These bottles will have a commemorative label designed by a British artist making an unusual, unique and collectable spirit. It is possible to preorder one of these limited edition bottles. If you do we will keep your email and home address safe and keep you updated on the progress. Once it is ready in a few years time we will send it out to you.
