In case you missed out we are bringing the fire back to Burrow Hill Somerset Cider Brandy for another beautiful night of friends, strangers and a delicious sharing feast.

Whipped cod's roe, pickled cucumber and dill
Chalk stream trout, barbecued leeks, fennel, cider, creme fraiche and focaccia

Smoked Somerset beef, salsa verde
Smoky new potatoes
Amber baked beetroots, cherry, mint and radish
Somerset green leaves and elderflower vinaigrette

Ewes curd cheesecake, grilled peaches and Somerset cider brandy
